A Meek and Quiet Spirit
This morning as I was praying, I started praying in tongues. That went on for a few minutes and then the interpretation came, but I realized it was for me.
I was praying: Thank you Father, for a meek and quiet spirit. I immediately looked up the scripture which is in 1 Peter 3:4: But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.
I continued to meditate on what was said, and I could feel my heart change. Thank you Father, I’ll take it! A meek and quiet spirit in the sight of God is a great price and I thank and praise Him for it..
