Exhortation

In 2009 as we were about to leave a restaurant, Doyle Davidson spoke these words to me, "That when he finally overcame what people thought, THEN he could obey God." Those words spoken by the spirit, pierced my heart and my life has never been the same since. 

These scriptures came up this morning during worship:

Romans 4:3, For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.

Galatians 3:6, Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.

James 2:23, And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

It's not worth it folks, don't let what people think of you keep you from doing the will of the Father.

Exhortation

This morning when I got up it was a little heavy. But I kept praying. I take Kipper for a little walk in the morning for about 15-20 minutes so as I was walking him I remembered what Doyle Davidson (the Apostle at my church) said about jumping for joy. So outside full view of everyone I start jumping and praising the Lord. Joy flooded my soul Hallelujah I give God thanks and it's still there.

I was able to break through get in the spirit and then I could hear what God wanted. I could see what he was doing. And then I got in agreement with him LOL you have got to give him everything.

Isaiah 55:6-9

Isaiah 55:6-9,

Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:
7] Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the Lord , and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
8] For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord .
9] For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

THANK GOD. Oh how I love him!!
