Marcu 16
17 Iată semnele cari vor însoţi pe cei ce vor crede: în Numele Meu vor scoate draci; vor vorbi în limbi noi;

32 Noi sîntem martori ai acestor lucruri, ca şi Duhul Sfînt, pe care L -a dat Dumnezeu celor ce ascultă de El.``
h. DUHUL SFÂNT POATE FI CERUT
Luca 11
13 Deci, dacă voi, cari sînteţi răi, ştiţi să daţi daruri bune copiilor voştri, cu cît mai mult Tatăl vostru cel din ceruri va da Duhul Sfînt celor ce I -L cer!``
Ioan 4
9 Femeia Samariteancă I -a zis: ,,Cum Tu, Iudeu, ceri să bei dela mine, femeie Samariteancă?`` -Iudeii, în adevăr, n'au legături cu Samaritenii.
10 -Drept răspuns, Isus i -a zis: ,,Dacă ai fi cunoscut tu darul lui Dumnezeu, şi Cine este Cel ce-ţi zice: ,Dă-Mi să beau!` tu singură ai fi cerut să bei, şi El ţi-ar fi dat apă vie.``
i. DUHUL SFÂNT VORBEȘTE SAU MĂRTURISEȘTE NUMAI DESPRE ISUS, ISUS ESTE PROSLĂVIT
Ioan 15
26 Cînd va veni Mîngîietorul, pe care -L voi trimete dela Tatăl, adică Duhul adevărului, care purcede dela Tatăl, El va mărturisi despre Mine.
Ioan 16
13 Cînd va veni Mîngîietorul, Duhul adevărului, are să vă călăuzească în tot adevărul; căci El nu va vorbi dela El, ci va vorbi tot ce va fi auzit, şi vă va descoperi lucrurile viitoare.
14 El Mă va proslăvi, pentrucă va lua din ce este al Meu, şi vă va descoperi.
15 Tot ce are Tatăl, este al Meu; deaceea am zis că va lua din ce este al Meu, şi vă va descoperi.
j. NU NE RUGĂM LA DUHUL SFÂNT
Luca 11
1 Într'o zi, Isus Se ruga într'un loc anumit. Cînd a isprăvit rugăciunea, unul din ucenicii Lui I -a zis: ,,Doamne, învaţă-ne să ne rugăm, cum a învăţat şi Ioan pe ucenicii lui.``
2 El le -a zis: ,,Cînd vă rugaţi, să ziceţi: Tatăl nostru care eşti în ceruri! Sfinţească-se Numele Tău; vie Împărăţia Ta; facă-se voia Ta, precum în cer, aşa şi pe pămînt.
Juan 16
23 În ziua aceea, nu Mă veţi mai întreba de nimic. Adevărat, adevărat, vă spun că, orice veţi cere dela Tatăl, în Numele Meu, vă va da.
24 Pînă acum n'aţi cerut nimic în Numele Meu: cereţi, şi veţi căpăta, pentruca bucuria voastră să fie deplină.
25 V'am spus aceste lucruri în pilde. Vine ceasul cînd nu vă voi mai vorbi în pilde, ci vă voi vorbi desluşit despre Tatăl.
26 În ziua aceea, veţi cere în Numele Meu, şi nu vă zic că voi ruga pe Tatăl pentru voi.
27 Căci Tatăl însuş vă iubeşte, pentrucă M'aţi iubit, şi aţi crezut că am ieşit dela Dumnezeu.
k. DUHUL SFÂNT MÂNGÂIE
Ioan 14
16 Şi Eu voi ruga pe Tatăl, şi El vă va da un alt Mîngîietor (Greceşte: Paraclet, apărător, ajutor.), care să rămînă cu voi în veac;
17 şi anume, Duhul adevărului, pe care lumea nu -l poate primi, pentrucă nu -L vede şi nu -L cunoaşte; dar voi Îl cunoaşteţi, căci rămîne cu voi, şi va fi în voi.
18 Nu vă voi lăsa orfani, Mă voi întoarce la voi.
Ioan 14
26 Dar Mîngîietorul, adică Duhul Sfînt, pe care -L va trimete Tatăl, în Numele Meu, vă va învăţa toate lucrurile, şi vă va aduce aminte de tot ce v'am spus Eu.
Faptele apostolilor 9
31 Biserica se bucura de pace în toată Iudea, Galilea şi Samaria, se întărea sufleteşte, şi umbla în frica Domnului; şi, cu ajutorul Duhului Sfînt, se înmulţea.
l. DUHUL SFÂNT ZIDEȘTE
6 Şi voi înşivă aţi călcat pe urmele mele şi pe urmele Domnului, întrucît aţi primit Cuvîntul în multe necazuri, cu bucuria care vine dela Duhul Sfînt;
Romani 14
17 Căci Împărăţia lui Dumnezeu nu este mîncare şi băutură, ci neprihănire, pace şi bucurie în Duhul Sfînt.

h. HOLY SPIRIT CAN BE ASKED FOR
Luke 11
13 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children: how much more shall your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to them that ask him?
John 4
9 Then saith the woman of Samaria unto him, How is it that thou, being a Jew, askest drink of me, which am a woman of Samaria? for the Jews have no dealings with the Samaritans.
10 Jesus answered and said unto her, If thou knewest the gift of God, and who it is that saith to thee, Give me to drink; thou wouldest have asked of him, and he would have given thee living water.
i. THE HOLY SPIRIT ONLY SPEAKS OR TESTIFIES OF JESUS, AND JESUS IS GLORIFIED

26 But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:

13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.
14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.
j. WE DO NOT PRAY TO THE HOLY GHOST
Luke 11
1 And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said unto him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples.
2 And he said unto them, When ye pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.
John 16
23 And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you.
24 Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.
25 These things have I spoken unto you in proverbs: but the time cometh, when I shall no more speak unto you in proverbs, but I shall shew you plainly of the Father.
26 At that day ye shall ask in my name: and I say not unto you, that I will pray the Father for you:
27 For the Father himself loveth you, because ye have loved me, and have believed that I came out from God.
k. THE HOLY SPIRIT COMFORTS
John 14
16 And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18 I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
John 14
26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
Acts 9
31 Then had the churches rest throughout all Judaea and Galilee and Samaria, and were edified; and walking in the fear of the Lord, and in the comfort of the Holy Ghost, were multiplied.
l. THE HOLY SPIRIT GIVES JOY
1 Thessalonians 1
6 And ye became followers of us, and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Ghost.
Romans 14
17 For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
