II DUMNEZEIREA - TREI SUNT CARE MĂTURISESC ÎN CER
Trei sunt care mărturisesc în cer, Tatăl, Cuvântul și Duhul Sfânt: și aceștia trei mărturisesc la fel.
I Ioan 5
7 Căci trei sunt care mărturisesc în cer: Tatăl, Cuvântul şi Duhul Sfânt, şi aceşti trei una sunt.
Efeseni 4
4 Este un singur trup, un singur Duh, după cum şi voi aţi fost chemaţi la o singură nădejde a chemării voastre.
5 Este un singur Domn, o singură credinţă, un singur botez.
6 Este un singur Dumnezeu şi Tată al tuturor, care este mai presus de toţi, care lucrează prin toţi şi care este în toţi.

A. DUMNEZEU, TATĂL
Dumnezeu, Tatăl, este un duh și mai mare decât toți. El își descrie propria-I natură în Exod 34. Omul nu se poate desvinovăți, căci Dumnezeu S-a arătat tuturor.
Ioan 10
29 Tatăl Meu, care Mi le-a dat, este mai mare decât toţi şi nimeni nu le poate smulge din mâna Tatălui Meu.
Ioan 14
28 Aţi auzit că v-am spus: ‘Mă duc şi Mă voi întoarce la voi.’ Dacă M-aţi iubi, v-aţi fi bucurat că v-am zis: ‘Mă duc la Tatăl’, căci Tatăl este mai mare decât Mine.

Faptele apostolilor 17
24 Dumnezeu care a făcut lumea şi tot ce este în ea este Domnul cerului şi al pământului şi nu locuieşte în temple făcute de mâini.
25 El nu este slujit de mâini omeneşti, ca şi când ar avea trebuinţă de ceva, El, care dă tuturor viaţa, suflarea şi toate lucrurile.
26 El a făcut ca toţi oamenii, ieşiţi dintr-unul singur, să locuiască pe toată faţa pământului; le-a aşezat anumite vremuri şi a pus anumite hotare* locuinţei lor,
27 ca ei să caute pe Dumnezeu şi să se silească să-L găsească bâjbâind, măcar că nu este departe de fiecare din noi.
28 Căci în El avem viaţa, mişcarea şi fiinţa, după cum au zis şi unii din poeţii voştri: ‘Suntem din neamul Lui…’
29 Astfel dar, fiindcă suntem de neam din Dumnezeu, nu trebuie să credem că Dumnezeirea este asemenea aurului sau argintului sau pietrei cioplite cu meşteşugirea şi iscusinţa omului.
Romani 1
19 Fiindcă ce se poate cunoaşte despre Dumnezeu le este descoperit în ei, căci le-a fost arătat de Dumnezeu.
20 În adevăr, însuşirile nevăzute ale Lui, puterea Lui veşnică şi dumnezeirea Lui se văd lămurit de la facerea lumii, când te uiţi cu băgare de seamă la ele în lucrurile făcute de El. Aşa că nu se pot dezvinovăţi.
Exodul 34
5 Domnul S-a coborât într-un nor, a stat acolo lângă el şi a rostit Numele Domnului.
6 Şi Domnul a trecut pe dinaintea lui şi a strigat: „Domnul Dumnezeu este un Dumnezeu plin de îndurare şi milostiv, încet la mânie, plin de bunătate şi credincioşie,
7 care Îşi ţine dragostea până în mii de neamuri de oameni, iartă fărădelegea, răzvrătirea şi păcatul, dar nu socoteşte pe cel vinovat drept nevinovat şi pedepseşte fărădelegea părinţilor în copii şi în copiii copiilor lor până la al treilea şi al patrulea neam!”
B. ISUS
Isus este Cuvântul. El a fost Dumnezeu și a fost la început cu Dumnezeu. Toate lucrurile au fost create de El, dar El a renunțat la toată autoritatea și puterea lui dumnezeiască, a coborât din cer, s-a făcut om și a mers ca un om. El a fost botezat în apă și uns cu Duhul Sfânt. El nu a putut face nimic de la El, ci doar a îndeplinit voia Tatălui. Ca om, el a fost ispitit în toate privințele, dar nu a păcătuit niciodată. Apoi a suferit moartea pe cruce, a fost îngropat, a coborât în iad și a fost înviat din morți de către Tatăl. El a fost ridicat ca om în carne și oase, în trup înviat. Apoi S-a înălțat la cer și stă acum la dreapta Tatălui, mult mai presus de orice domnie, de orice stăpînire, de orice putere, de orice dregătorie şi de orice nume, care se poate numi. Isus este exemplul nostru pentru cum să mergem, așa cum a mers El.

II. THE GODHEAD - THREE BEAR RECORD IN HEAVEN
There are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three agree.
1 John 5
7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
Ephesians 4
4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;
5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
Colossians 2
9 For in him (Jesus) dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily.
A. GOD, THE FATHER
God, the Father, is a spirit and greater than all. He describes his own nature in Exodus 34. Man is without excuse, for God has manifested himself to all.
John 10
29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
John 14
28 Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you. If ye loved me, ye would rejoice, because I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.
John 7
16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.
17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

19 Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them (men); for God hath shewed it unto them.

Exodus 34
5 And the Lord descended in the cloud, and stood with him there, and proclaimed the name of the Lord.
6 And the Lord passed by before him, and proclaimed, The Lord, The Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,
7 Keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, and that will by no means clear the guilty; visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the children's children, unto the third and to the fourth generation.
B. JESUS
Jesus is the Word. He was God and was in the beginning with God. All things were created by him, but he emptied himself of all his godly authority and power, came down from heaven, became a man, and walked as a man. He was baptized in water and anointed with the Holy Ghost. He could do nothing of himself, he only did the Father’s will. As a man, he was tempted in every point but never sinned. He then suffered the death of the cross, was buried, descended into hell, and was raised from the dead by the Father. He was raised a man in the flesh in a resurrected body. He then, ascended into heaven and is now seated at the right hand of the Father, far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named. This Jesus is our example of how to walk, even as he walked.
