16 Jesús les respondió y dijo: —Mi doctrina no es mía, sino de aquel que me envió. 17 El que quiera hacer la voluntad de Dios, conocerá si la doctrina es de Dios o si yo hablo por mi propia cuenta. Juan 7:16,
D. IMPONER LAS MANOS
Jesus y los apóstoles son nuestros ejemplos de la doctrina en imponer las manos. Al imponer las manos puede producir sanidad, resucitar a los muertos, el bautismo en el Espíritu Santo, bendiciones, impartir regalos espirituales, ordenar a los diáconos y hecho con ayuno. Incluso solo tocando puede traer sanidad. Pero nosotros no debemos imponer las manos con ligereza en los hombres, tampoco ser partícipes en pecados ajenos: Consérvate puro.
Lucas 4
4 Jesús, respondiéndole, dijo:—Escrito está: “No sólo de pan vivirá el hombre, sino de toda palabra de Dios.”
14 Jesús volvió en el poder del Espíritu a Galilea, y se difundió su fama por toda la tierra de alrededor.
Lucas 4
40 Al ponerse el sol, todos los que tenían enfermos de diversas enfermedades los traían a él; y él, poniendo las manos sobre cada uno de ellos, los sanaba.
41 También salían demonios de muchos, dando voces y diciendo: —¡Tú eres el Hijo de Dios! Pero él los reprendía y no los dejaba hablar, porque sabían que él era el Cristo.
Marcos 6
1Salió Jesús de allí y vino a su tierra, y lo seguían sus discípulos.
2 Cuando llegó el sábado, comenzó a enseñar en la sinagoga; y muchos, oyéndolo, se admiraban y preguntaban: —¿De dónde saca éste estas cosas? ¿Y qué sabiduría es ésta que le es dada, y estos milagros que por sus manos son hechos?
3 ¿No es éste el carpintero, hijo de María, hermano de Jacobo, de José, de Judas y de Simón? ¿No están también aquí con nosotros sus hermanas?Y se escandalizaban de él.
4 Pero Jesús les dijo:—No hay profeta sin honra sino en su propia tierra, entre sus parientes y en su casa.
5 No pudo hacer allí ningún milagro, salvo que sanó a unos pocos enfermos poniendo sobre ellos las manos.
6 Y estaba asombrado de la incredulidad de ellos.
Marcos1
39 Y predicaba en las sinagogas de ellos en toda Galilea, y echaba fuera los demonios.
40 Vino a él un leproso que, de rodillas, le dijo: —Si quieres, puedes limpiarme.
41 Jesús, teniendo misericordia de él, extendió la mano, lo tocó y le dijo: —Quiero, sé limpio.
42 Tan pronto terminó de hablar, la lepra desapareció del hombre, y quedó limpio.
43 Entonces lo despidió en seguida, y le ordenó estrictamente:
44 Mira, no digas a nadie nada, sino ve, muéstrate al sacerdote y ofrece por tu purificación lo que Moisés mandó, para testimonio a ellos.
45 Pero, al salir, comenzó a publicar y a divulgar mucho el hecho, de manera que ya Jesús no podía entrar abiertamente en la ciudad, sino que se quedaba fuera, en los lugares desiertos; y venían a él de todas partes.
Marcos 5
35 Mientras él aún hablaba, vinieron de casa del alto dignatario de la sinagoga, diciendo:—Tu hija ha muerto, ¿para qué molestas más al Maestro?
36 Pero Jesús, luego que oyó lo que se decía, dijo al alto dignatario de la sinagoga:—No temas, cree solamente.
37 Y no permitió que lo siguiera nadie sino Pedro, Jacobo y Juan, hermano de Jacobo.
38 Vino a casa del alto dignatario de la sinagoga, y vio el alboroto y a los que lloraban y lamentaban mucho.
39 Entró y les dijo:—¿Por qué alborotáis y lloráis? La niña no está muerta, sino dormida.
40 Y se burlaban de él. Pero él, echando fuera a todos, tomó al padre y a la madre de la niña, y a los que estaban con él, y entró donde estaba la niña.
41 Tomó la mano de la niña y le dijo:—¡Talita cumi! (que significa: “Niña, a ti te digo, levántate”).
42 Inmediatamente la niña se levantó y andaba, pues tenía doce años. Y la gente se llenó de asombro.
43 Pero él les insistió en que nadie lo supiera, y dijo que dieran de comer a la niña.
Marcos 10
13 Le presentaban niños para que los tocara, pero los discípulos reprendían a los que los presentaban.
14 Viéndolo Jesús, se indignó y les dijo: —Dejad a los niños venir a mí, y no se lo impidáis, porque de los tales es el reino de Dios.
15 De cierto os digo que el que no reciba el reino de Dios como un niño, no entrará en él.
16 Y tomándolos en los brazos, ponía las manos sobre ellos y los bendecía.
Lucas 13
11 y había allí una mujer que desde hacía dieciocho años tenía espíritu de enfermedad, y andaba encorvada y en ninguna manera se podía enderezar.
12 Cuando Jesús la vio, la llamó y le dijo:—Mujer, eres libre de tu enfermedad.
13 Puso las manos sobre ella, y ella se enderezó al momento y glorificaba a Dios.

10 pues, como había sanado a muchos, todos los que tenían plagas se echaban sobre él para tocarlo.
11 Y los espíritus impuros, al verlo, se postraban delante de él y gritaban:—¡Tú eres el Hijo de Dios!
Marcos 5
25 Pero una mujer que desde hacía doce años padecía de flujo de sangre,
26 y había sufrido mucho a manos de muchos médicos, y había gastado todo lo que tenía y de nada le había servido, antes le iba peor,
27 cuando oyó hablar de Jesús se acercó por detrás entre la multitud y tocó su manto,
28 porque decía: «Si toco tan sólo su manto, seré salva.»
29 Inmediatamente la fuente de su sangre se secó, y sintió en el cuerpo que estaba sana de su azote.
30 Luego Jesús, conociendo en sí mismo el poder que había salido de él, volviéndose a la multitud, preguntó:—¿Quién ha tocado mis vestidos?
31 Sus discípulos le dijeron:—Ves que la multitud te aprieta, y preguntas: “¿Quién me ha tocado?”
32 Pero él miraba alrededor para ver quién lo había hecho.
33 Entonces la mujer, temiendo y temblando, sabiendo lo que en ella había sido hecho, vino y se postró delante de él y le dijo toda la verdad.
34 Él le dijo:—Hija, tu fe te ha salvado. Vete en paz y queda sana de tu enfermedad.
Marcos 6
55 Mientras recorrían toda la tierra de alrededor, comenzaron a traer de todas partes enfermos en camillas a donde oían que estaba.
56 Y dondequiera que entraba, ya fuera en aldeas, en ciudades o en campos, ponían en las calles a los que estaban enfermos y le rogaban que los dejara tocar siquiera el borde de su manto; y todos los que lo tocaban quedaban sanos.
Marcos 16
14 Finalmente se apareció a los once mismos, estando ellos sentados a la mesa, y les reprochó su incredulidad y dureza de corazón, porque no habían creído a los que lo habían visto resucitado.
15 Y les dijo: —Id por todo el mundo y predicad el evangelio a toda criatura.
16 El que crea y sea bautizado, será salvo; pero el que no crea, será condenado.
17 Estas señales seguirán a los que creen: En mi nombre echarán fuera demonios, hablarán nuevas lenguas,
18 tomarán serpientes en las manos y, aunque beban cosa mortífera, no les hará daño; sobre los enfermos pondrán sus manos, y sanarán.
Hechos 3
1 Pedro y Juan subían juntos al Templo a la hora novena, que era la de la oración.
2 Había un hombre, cojo de nacimiento, que era llevado y dejado cada día a la puerta del Templo que se llama la Hermosa, para que pidiera limosna a los que entraban en el Templo.
3 Éste, cuando vio a Pedro y a Juan que iban a entrar en el Templo, les rogaba que le dieran limosna.
4 Pedro, con Juan, fijando en él los ojos, le dijo: —Míranos.
5 Entonces él los miró atento, esperando recibir de ellos algo.
6 Pero Pedro dijo:—No tengo plata ni oro, pero lo que tengo te doy: en el nombre de Jesucristo de Nazaret, levántate y anda.
7 Entonces lo tomó por la mano derecha y lo levantó. Al instante se le afirmaron los pies y tobillos;
Hechos 5
12 Por la mano de los apóstoles se hacían muchas señales y prodigios en el pueblo. Estaban todos unánimes en el pórtico de Salomón,
13 y de los demás ninguno se atrevía a juntarse con ellos; sin embargo, el pueblo los alababa grandemente.
14 Los que creían en el Señor aumentaban más, gran número de hombres y de mujeres;
15 tanto que sacaban los enfermos a las calles y los ponían en camas y camillas para que, al pasar Pedro, a lo menos su sombra cayera sobre alguno de ellos.
16 Aun de las ciudades vecinas muchos venían a Jerusalén trayendo enfermos y atormentados de espíritus impuros; y todos eran sanados.
Hechos 8
12 Pero cuando creyeron a Felipe, que anunciaba el evangelio del reino de Dios y el nombre de Jesucristo, se bautizaban hombres y mujeres.
13 También creyó Simón mismo, y después de bautizado estaba siempre con Felipe; y al ver las señales y grandes milagros que se hacían, estaba atónito.
14 Cuando los apóstoles que estaban en Jerusalén oyeron que Samaria había recibido la palabra de Dios, enviaron allá a Pedro y a Juan;
15 los cuales, una vez llegados, oraron por ellos para que recibieran el Espíritu Santo,
16 pues aún no había descendido sobre ninguno de ellos, sino que solamente habían sido bautizados en el nombre de Jesús.
17 Entonces les imponían las manos y recibían el Espíritu Santo.
Hechos 19
1Aconteció que entre tanto que Apolos estaba en Corinto, Pablo, después de recorrer las regiones superiores, vino a Éfeso, y hallando a ciertos discípulos,
2 les preguntó: —¿Recibisteis el Espíritu Santo cuando creísteis?
Ellos le dijeron:—Ni siquiera habíamos oído que hubiera Espíritu Santo.
3 Entonces dijo:—¿En qué, pues, fuisteis bautizados?
Ellos dijeron:—En el bautismo de Juan.
4 Dijo Pablo:—Juan bautizó con bautismo de arrepentimiento, diciendo al pueblo que creyeran en aquel que vendría después de él, esto es, en Jesús el Cristo.
5 Cuando oyeron esto, fueron bautizados en el nombre del Señor Jesús.
6 Y habiéndoles impuesto Pablo las manos, vino sobre ellos el Espíritu Santo; y hablaban en lenguas y profetizaban.
Hechos 19
11 Y hacía Dios milagros extraordinarios por mano de Pablo,
12 de tal manera que hasta los pañuelos o delantales que habían tocado su cuerpo eran llevados a los enfermos, y las enfermedades se iban de ellos, y los espíritus malos salían.

2 Entonces los doce convocaron a la multitud de los discípulos, y dijeron: —No es justo que nosotros dejemos la palabra de Dios para servir a las mesas.
3 Buscad, pues, hermanos, de entre vosotros a siete hombres de buen testimonio, llenos del Espíritu Santo y de sabiduría, a quienes encarguemos de este trabajo.
4 Nosotros persistiremos en la oración y en el ministerio de la Palabra.
5 Agradó la propuesta a toda la multitud y eligieron a Esteban, hombre lleno de fe y del Espíritu Santo, a Felipe, Prócoro, Nicanor, Timón, Parmenas y Nicolás, prosélito de Antioquía.
6 A estos presentaron ante los apóstoles, quienes, orando, les impusieron las manos.

10 Había entonces en Damasco un discípulo llamado Ananías, a quien el Señor dijo en visión:—Ananías.Él respondió:—Heme aquí, Señor.

12 y ha visto en visión a un hombre llamado Ananías, que entra y pone las manos sobre él para que recobre la vista.
13 Entonces Ananías respondió:—Señor, he oído de muchos acerca de este hombre, cuántos males ha hecho a tus santos en Jerusalén;
14 y aun aquí tiene autoridad de los principales sacerdotes para prender a todos los que invocan tu nombre.
15 El Señor le dijo:—Ve, porque instrumento escogido me es éste para llevar mi nombre en presencia de los gentiles, de reyes y de los hijos de Israel,
16 porque yo le mostraré cuánto le es necesario padecer por mi nombre.
17 Fue entonces Ananías y entró en la casa, y poniendo sobre él las manos, dijo:
—Hermano Saulo, el Señor Jesús, que se te apareció en el camino por donde venías, me ha enviado para que recibas la vista y seas lleno del Espíritu Santo.
18 Al instante cayeron de sus ojos como escamas y recobró la vista. Se levantó y fue bautizado;

D. LAYING ON OF HANDS
Jesus and the apostles are our examples for the doctrine of laying on of hands. The laying on of hands may produce healing, raising of the dead, baptism of the Holy Ghost, blessing, impartation of spiritual gifts, ordaining of deacons, and done with fasting. Even just touch may bring healing. But we are to lay hands suddenly on no man, neither be partaker of other men's sins: keep thyself pure.
Luke 4
4 And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness,
14 And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.

40 Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.
41 And devils also came out of many, crying out, and saying, Thou art Christ the Son of God. And he rebuking them suffered them not to speak: for they knew that he was Christ.

1 And he went out from thence, and came into his own country; and his disciples follow him.
2 And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence hath this man these things? and what wisdom is this which is given unto him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands?
3 Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, and Joses, and of Juda, and Simon? and are not his sisters here with us? And they were offended at him.
4 But Jesus, said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house.
5 And he could there do no mighty work, save that he laid his hands upon a few sick folk, and healed them.
6 And he marvelled because of their unbelief. And he went round about the villages, teaching.

39 And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils.
40 And there came a leper to him, beseeching him, and kneeling down to him, and saying unto him, If thou wilt, thou canst make me clean.
41 And Jesus, moved with compassion, put forth his hand, and touched him, and saith unto him, I will; be thou clean.
42 And as soon as he had spoken, immediately the leprosy departed from him, and he was cleansed.
43 And he straitly charged him, and forthwith sent him away;
44 And saith unto him, See thou say nothing to any man: but go thy way, shew thyself to the priest, and offer for thy cleansing those things which Moses commanded, for a testimony unto them.
45 But he went out, and began to publish it much, and to blaze abroad the matter, insomuch that Jesus could no more openly enter into the city, but was without in desert places: and they came to him from every quarter.

35 While he yet spake, there came from the ruler of the synagogue's house certain which said, Thy daughter is dead: why troublest thou the Master any further?
36 As soon as Jesus heard the word that was spoken, he saith unto the ruler of the synagogue, Be not afraid, only believe.
37 And he suffered no man to follow him, save Peter, and James, and John the brother of James.
38 And he cometh to the house of the ruler of the synagogue, and seeth the tumult, and them that wept and wailed greatly.
39 And when he was come in, he saith unto them, Why make ye this ado, and weep? the damsel is not dead, but sleepeth.
40 And they laughed him to scorn. But when he had put them all out, he taketh the father and the mother of the damsel, and them that were with him, and entereth in where the damsel was lying.
41 And he took the damsel by the hand, and said unto her, Talitha cumi; which is, being interpreted, Damsel, I say unto thee, arise.
42 And straightway the damsel arose, and walked; for she was of the age of twelve years. And they were astonished with a great astonishment.
43 And he charged them straitly that no man should know it; and commanded that something should be given her to eat.
Mark 10
13 And they brought young children to him, that he should touch them: and his disciples rebuked those that brought them.
14 But when Jesus saw it, he was much displeased, and said unto them, Suffer the little children to come unto me, and forbid them not: for of such is the kingdom of God.
15 Verily I say unto you, Whosoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.
16 And he took them up in his arms, put his hands upon them, and blessed them.

11 And, behold, there was a woman which had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.
12 And when Jesus saw her, he called her to him, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from thine infirmity.
13 And he laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.

32 And he looked round about to see her that had done this thing.
33 But the woman fearing and trembling, knowing what was done in her, came and fell down before him, and told him all the truth.
34 And he said unto her, Daughter, thy faith hath made thee whole; go in peace, and be whole of thy plague.

55 And ran through that whole region round about, and began to carry about in beds those that were sick, where they heard he was.
56 And whithersoever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and besought him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole.

14 Afterward he appeared unto the eleven as they sat at meat, and upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.
15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;
18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

1 Now Peter and John went up together into the temple at the hour of prayer, being the ninth hour.
2 And a certain man lame from his mother's womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms of them that entered into the temple;
3 Who seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple asked an alms.
4 And Peter, fastening his eyes upon him with John, said, Look on us.
5 And he gave heed unto them, expecting to receive something of them.
6 Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk.
7 And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
Acts 5
12 And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch.
13 And of the rest durst no man join himself to them: but the people magnified them.
14 And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.)
15 Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.
16 There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.

12 But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.
13 Then Simon himself believed also: and when he was baptized, he continued with Philip, and wondered, beholding the miracles and signs which were done.
14 Now when the apostles which were at Jerusalem heard that Samaria had received the word of God, they sent unto them Peter and John:
15 Who, when they were come down, prayed for them, that they might receive the Holy Ghost:
16 (For as yet he was fallen upon none of them: only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.)
17 Then laid they their hands on them, and they received the Holy Ghost.
Acts 19

6 Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid their hands on them.

15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel:
16 For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.
17 And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.
18 And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.
Acts 28
8 And it came to pass, that the father of Publius lay sick of a fever and of a bloody flux: to whom Paul entered in, and prayed, and laid his hands on him, and healed him.
