A. EL ARREPENTIMIENTO DE OBRAS MUERTAS
El arrepentimiento es el cambio de la voluntad. Trae el conocimiento de la verdad. Es el primer paso del hombre para la salvación, es la tristeza divina que produce arrepentimiento y es la bondad de Dios que lo guía ahí. El arrepentimiento de obras muertas es arrepentimiento de hechos muertos.

14 Después que Juan fue encarcelado, Jesús fue a Galilea predicando el evangelio del reino de Dios.
15 Decía: «El tiempo se ha cumplido y el reino de Dios se ha acercado. ¡Arrepentíos y creed en el evangelio!»

B. FE HACIA DIOS
Fe es la sustancia de las cosas que esperamos, la evidencia de cosas que no se ven. El justo vivirá por la fe, porque sin fe es imposible agradar a Dios. Fe es un espíritu, es en el corazón. Primero hay arrepentimiento de obras muertas y después sigue la fe. La fe viene por oír el evangelio y con esa fe nosotros purificamos nuestros corazones y reinamos en este mundo.
Hebreos 11
1 Es, pues, la fe la certeza de lo que se espera, la convicción de lo que no se ve.
Habacuc 2
4 Aquel cuya alma no es recta se enorgullece; mas el justo por su fe vivirá.”
Gálatas 3
11 Y que por la Ley nadie se justifica ante Dios es evidente, porque «el justo por la fe vivirá».
Romanos 1
17 pues en el evangelio, la justicia de Dios se revela por fe y para fe, como está escrito: «Mas el justo por la fe vivirá».

A. REPENTANCE FROM DEAD WORKS
Repentance is a changing of the will. It brings to the acknowledging of the truth. Man's first step toward salvation is Godly sorrow that worketh repentance, and it is the goodness of God that leads him there. Repentance from dead works, is repentance of dead deeds.
Mark 1
14 Now after that John was put in prison, Jesus came into Galilee, preaching the gospel of the kingdom of God,
15 And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.
2 Timothy 2
25 In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

B. FAITH TOWARD GOD
Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. The just shall live by faith, for without faith it is impossible to please God. Faith is a spirit, it is in the heart. There is first repentance from dead works then faith follows. Faith comes by hearing the gospel, and with that faith we purify our hearts and reign in this world.
