Iertarea Păcatelor, Capitolul 6

Și acum ne vom uita la fiecare aspect al planului pentru împăcare. Primul este despre iertare și răscumpărare.

Cu toții am păcătuit prin Adam. Fiecare dintre noi a primit natura adamică, păcatul--abaterea, după asemănarea cu Adam. Păcatul care se află asupra rasei umane prin Adam ne face pe fiecare dintre noi să păcătuim.

Pentru a ne apropia de Dumnezeu, sângele Domnului Isus Hristos a trebuit să fie vărsat și Dumnezeu a trebuit să ne ierte pentru păcatele noastre. Isus a venit pe pământ a muri, a fi îngropat și a învia din nou pentru justificarea, răscumpărarea, sfințirea și neprihănirea noastră.

În Efeseni 1:7, Pavel spune despre Isus:

În El avem răscumpărarea, prin sângele Lui, iertarea păcateor, după bogăția harului Său;

Cuvântul “răcumpărare” înseamnă o eliberare și aceasta vine sângele Lui Isus. Dacă nu ai sânge, nu ai nicio putere--ai o religie falsă. Nu poți fi eliberat de diavol fără sângele Lui Isus. Nu poți fi răscumpărat.

În Hristos, suntem eliberați prin sângele Său. Eliberați de ce? De autoritatea întunericului. Coloseni 1:13 ne spune că Dumnezeu:

...El ne-a scăpat de sub autoritatea întunericului și ne-a adus în Împărăția Fiului Său iubit (v. 13):

Prin sângele Lui Isus mai avem și iertarea păcatelor. Răscumpărarea și iertarea păcatelor există datorită bogăției bunăvoinței Sale. Voi sau eu nu putem câștiga așa ceva--noi nu suntem destul de buni. Acestea sunt nemeritate. Iertarea și răscumpărarea ne sunt date nouă prin bunăvoința Domnului Isus Hristos.

Pedeapsa Pentru Păcat Este Moartea

În I Petru 2:24, apostolul Petru a spus despre Domnul Isus Hristos:

El a purtat păcatele noastre în trupul Lui, pe lemn, pentru ca, murind față de păcate, să trăim pentru dreptate; prin rănile Lui ați fost vindecați.

“El a purtat păcatele noastre în trupul Lui.” Isus a luat păcatele noastre în trupul Lui.

Pedeapsa pentru păcat este moartea. Este moartea trupului. Isus a trebuit să vină aici și să își ofere trupul ca un sarificiu viu, ca o jertfă Lui Dumnezeu pentru păcatele mele și pentru păcatele voastre.

Trebuia să existe moartea unui trup pentru ca Isus să îmi ierte păcatele și să mă elibereze de autoritatea și de puterile lui Satana. Tot El a trebuit să facă același lucru pentru voi. Slavă Domnului că a făcut asta pentru noi toți.

Răscumpărarea Prin Sângele Lui

În Coloseni 1:13, Pavel Îl descrie pe Dumnezeu, Tatăl, și pe Isus, Fiul Său iubit:

El ne-a scăpat de sub autoritatea întunericului și ne-a adus în Împărăția Fiului Său iubit (v. 13):

Am fost eliberați de puterea--de privilegiul sau autoritatea--întunericului și am fost duși în Împărăția Fiului Său iubit.

Coloseni 1:14 spune:

În Care avem răscumpărarea prin sângele Lui, chiar și iertarea păcatelor:

Pentru a fi eliberați de autoritatea întunericului pentru a fi duși în Împărăția Fiului iubit al Lui Dumnezeu, trebuie să primim răscumpărarea prin sânge, și la fel și iertarea păcatelor.

The Forgiveness Of Sins, by Doyle Davidson, Chapter 6

Now, we are going to look at each aspect of the plan of reconciliation. The first one is forgiveness and redemption.

All of us have sinned in Adam. Each one of us has received the Adamic nature, the sin--the transgression, after the similitude of Adam. The sin that came on the human race through Adam makes every one of us commit acts of sin.

In order to bring us nigh to God, the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ had to be shed, and God had to forgive us of our sins. Jesus came to earth to die, be buried, and be raised again for our justification, redemption, sanctification, and righteousness.

In Ephesians 1:7, Paul says of Jesus:

In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

The word “redemption” means to loose away, and it comes through the blood of Jesus. If you do not have any blood, you do not have any power--you have a false religion. You cannot be loosed away from the devil without the blood of Jesus. You cannot be redeemed.

In Christ, we are loosed away through His blood. From what? From the authority of darkness. The power of darkness. Colossians 1:13 tells us that God:

...hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (v. 13):

Through the blood of Jesus, we also have the forgiveness of sins. Redemption and the forgiveness of sins are according to the riches of His grace. You and I cannot earn this--we are not good enough. It is unmerited. Forgiveness and redemption are given unto us through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Penalty For Sin Is Death

In I Peter 2:24, the apostle Peter says of the Lord Jesus Christ:

Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.

“Who his own self bare our sins in his own body.” Jesus took our sins on His body.

The penalty for sin is death. It is the death of a body. Jesus had to come and present His body a living sacrifice, an offering to God, for my sins and your sins.

There had to be a death of a body for Jesus to forgive my sins and to loose me away from the authority and the powers of Satan. He had to do the same thing for you. Thank God that He did it for all of us.

Redemption Through His Blood

In Colossians 1:13, Paul describes God the Father and Jesus, His dear Son:

Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son (v. 13):

We have been delivered from the power--the privilege or authority--of darkness and translated into the kingdom of His dear Son.

Colossians 1:14 says:

In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

To be delivered from the authority of darkness and to be translated into the kingdom of God’s dear Son, we must have redemption through His blood, as well as the forgiveness of sin.
